Indochinese Carpet 12.0 x 15.1 3.65 x 4.60 This rather enigmatic carpet is a study in earth-tones. It has certain Chinese design features, but the weave does not fit with anything from Ningxia, Peking or Tianjin. Maybe India or from Central Asia somewhere, but it does not seem like a Khotan either. Could it be European? a buyer will have to prefer tone-on-tone designs with khaki, tan, light brown, red-brown and beige as major tones..
