a Khamseh Khorjin/Bagface Size 70 x 61.5 cm An unusual compartmentalised Khamseh bagface with full pile and all natural colours, (kilim ends have been removed). The motifs are highly abstracted and suggest roses(pomegranates?) and highly stylised trees. Its condition makes it difficult to date, best therefore to say early 20th century.
