Turkoman, Tekke, Juval face. An early Turkoman with extremely rare design. The mushroom head shrub design in the skirt is not known to me. Unusually soft and glossy wool. Gloriously saturated dyes, glowing colors. Please notice the powdery light blue in the skirt detail photo. Moth nibbles, sides and ends are incomplete but the pile is in amazingly good condition for its age.
