#7565 Antique Peking Chinese Rug This circa 1925 Peking Weave Art Deco design Chinese Oriental rug measures 8’1” x 9’10” (246 x 304 cm). It has a grey field with eleven floral sprays covering the field in three shades of blue, peach and brown surrounded by a single bamboo pole on all four sides with trellising flowers of the same type as in the field. All is enclosed with a copper rust border containing extensions of the floral motifs in the rest of the rug. This rug is in essentially perfect condition. It is full pile.
