This last quarter 19th century antique Jaf Kurd Oriental Rug measures 2’8” x 3’0” (85 x 91 cm). It has a field filled with typical Jaf Kurd diamonds with a row of three ivory ones in the center which draws your attention. It has a nice minor border in ivory with a vine and flower design. The major border is composed of eight sided cartouches containing flowers. One cute addition to the rug is the way the bottom is finished off in a sumac design. If you look closely at the image of the bottom, 1 ½ “ of the sumac is frayed out a little at the corner. Not a big deal. The rug is full pile. The ends and sides are complete. It is clean and ready to go. The buyer pays the shipping with insurance
