hand woven rug with cotton foundation with wool pile.
crisp rectilinear design with a beautiful, harmonious color palette.
this is being sold to satisfy the estate and and therefore we are subject to the probate court judge guidelines ~ all sales FINAL.

very good vintage condition as found in the estate with wear consistent with age and normal use, and may have:
~a few snags (see photo with red arrows)
~generally even wear overall, the middle a bit more evident but no knots or foundation showing with decent pile (see photos)
~some wear to ends and selvage (see photo with red arrows)
~some small areas of discoloration evident from the underside (see photos)
~no holes, no tears, no repairs evident (see photos)
~no dry rot, no water damage, no color run.
~no bad smells evident (see photos)
~cotton fringe foundation ends show some tan? discoloration (see photos)
~rug may benefit from a cleaning from a oriental rug cleaner ~ we can recommend an expert in the san diego, ca. area who charges $4.50 per sq.ft.
