Late 19th c. French Cope Blue silk velvet with gold “stump work” flower with bud (3 ¼” high) overall. Gold metallic border tape of 2 ¼” width near edge. Gold metallic tape of ½ “ at edge. Neck edge (10” width) with gold fringe of 2 ½” hanging down nape. Lined with pale peach silk and polished cotton. One seam down center. Size: 59” from neck to bottom edge Excellent condition
