Nice tent band with its tassels and most of its fringy bits intact. Colors faded and mellow. a really great piece of weaving in what i think is called inlaid brocade (plain on the back) Looks Baluchi or Kutchi to me but I've seen these described as Turkmen or Kirghiz. You probably know best. 15ft long
