Huge classic late 19c to early 20c Shirvan kilim rug, 327cm x 166cm, and in excellent condition. Amazing piece that is in almost mint condition - has been hanging on the wall for possibly decades judging by condition. Great natural dyes but alas .... there is a fuchsin dye (i think) that has faded to an olivey gray (hence my dating for late 19c) Nevertheless, it is not an unpleasant colour and blends in with the riot of other colours. No stains, no holes, very minimal wear.
