Antique Beshir horse cover this piece has been made up some time ago from a lovely quality bestir kelleh ca 1860. It was purchased from Silk Road textile in Kathmandu in 1983 or 1984 by previous owner as found so i believe it was done in Central Asia nearly 100 years ago. Size is 168 x 150 cm plus tassels. Great natural dyes if you look at the last detail i have outlined the added end finish and selvedges all great work i am sure for domestic use
