Made by a women of the Miao minority often referred to as the "tiny Miao" ...not because of their stature but because they were recognized for their "tiny" embroidery stitches... This jacket is from the 30's and was worn for festivals ... shows some useand wear ...wonderful display piece and also could be worn by a small person....
