pure tibetan!..... saddle top with undyed black wool with different brown hues, extremly fine knotting for an object like this ... black saddle are rarely seen made in the traditional open left loop they are mostly tsukdruk loom.. surely an object made with a special intention considering the choice of the finest wool for the warps and pile and the fantastic execution of these fine knots, look at the back,...it is a very thin weaving, like velvet ....
