Bidjar Persian Oriental Rug #7952 This circa 1930 antique Bidjar Persian Oriental Rug measures 4’6” x 6’8”. It is wool on cotton Bidjar with a pulled center medallion in indigo and ivory on a maroon ground with a Herati design. The corners are done in ivory and indigo with a floral motif. The major border is a meandering vine and flower motif. There are two small ivory reciprocal borders. This rug has essentially perfect pile. The ends and sides are complete.
