This circa 1930 Peking Chinese Oriental Rug measures 3’1” x 5’10”. It has an ivory ground geometric center medallion in blue on an ivory ground with a deep and almost invisible design known as the coin design of little round circles. The corners are a separate situation. They are ivory floral motif. The minor border is light blue with a Greek key design. The corners are done in a checkerboard design. The outer border has a floral design on a medium blue ground. The end borders are connected triangles on an ivory ground. This is a strange rug. It is essentially two colors of ivory and blue. The border is strange as all four of them are different. This rug is essentially in perfect condition. It is full lush silky pile. It is clean and ready to go. The buyer pays the shipping which includes insurance of $50.00.
