Antique Afghan Baluch rug of traditional ‘mushwani’ design, the rug is of a dark palette with warm copper coloured back ground.
Circa 1900/20.
The rug has the traditional Mushwani design is indigo blue, the design is a series of multiple latch hooks or bird heads.
The rug is in fair condition with even wear and medium pile. There is some wear to the side bindings and the lower end finish. The white dots in the field are warp knot heads.
The rug is suitable for normal domestic use.
The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use.
