Early eagle karrabagh rug with outstanding color. Unfortunately in very rough condition. All excellent natural colors featuring brilliant yellows and greens. Wear and scattered damage as shown. Some old crude flat stitch repair. Remnant original selvages and end braiding. Could use a good wash. Structurally sound, no rot. Not for the condition conscious but lovely non the less. Good age, ca. 1870 or earlier. 5’2” x 7’ 8”
