Early tribal Persian long rug, probably shahsavan with exceptional color and bold drawing in both field and ivory border. Pile varies from decent low to very low with some heavy wear to foundation. All natural colors featuring terrific yellows, lovely greens, good tomato reds and a soft old aubergine. Not the best condition but possibly the best color. Guaranteed to please. Reasonably clean. Restorable. Good age, 3rd qtr. 19th c. 3’6” x 8’1”
