German Church Vestment or Chasuble, 18th Century. Front and back. Silk embroidery on linen. The design depicts two angels flanking the coronation of Mary and the father and Jesus on either side. The colors are wonderfully soft in hue. The painting on the faces is worn off. 70 x 124 cm and 60 x 81 cm.
