Kirmanshah Persian knotted circa in 1918 antique, collector's item, 214 x 139 (cm) 7' x 4' 7" carpet id: K-636
The knots are hand spun lamb wool, the background is soft yellow, the surrounded large border is indigo decorated with 22 birds, a tree at the center surrounded with 15 birds, snag, animals, up corner side designed an old airplane 1906, the black color is oxidized, thick pile, in good condition, very fine knotted, soft as an handkerchief, high standard quality, rare example.
