sold - Mergoum - flatweave kilim rug from Southern Tunisia, Gouvernement Tataouine. Late 20th century. Vibrant combination of mainly vegetable dyed wool, some synthetic dyed wool in the embroidery, and undyed black wool. Cotton warp. 198x116cm without fringes, ca. 3,8 kg. Very good condition. Colors are turmeric yellow, black, petrol, faded denim, pale aqua, and two shades of terracotta with white.
