Laver Kerman Persian Oriental Rug 4’7” x 7’6” #7993
This circa 1930 Laver Kerman Persian Oriental rug measures 4’7” x 7’6”. This type of Kerman is known as Mille fleur for obvious reasons. It has a small round magenta medallion filled with flowers on an ivory field filled with 1000’s of flowers. The field is a prayer niche with a vase of flowers coming out of it and complete spandrels. The major border is covered with flowers in red, blues, tobacco and rose on an ivory ground encompassed with a reciprocal border on a navy ground with vines and flowers. This rug is full pile. The ends and sides are complete. It is clean and ready to go. The buyer pays the shipping which includes insurance of $75.00.
