Laver Kerman Persian Oriental Rug 4’7” x 7’6” #7993 This circa 1930 Laver Kerman Persian Oriental rug measures 4’7” x 7’6”. This type of Kerman is known as Mille fleur for obvious reasons. It has a small round magenta medallion filled with flowers on an ivory field filled with 1000’s of flowers. The field is a prayer niche with a vase of flowers coming out of it and complete spandrels. The major border is covered with flowers in red, blues, tobacco and rose on an ivory ground encompassed with a reciprocal border on a navy ground with vines and flowers. This rug is full pile. The ends and sides are complete. It is clean and ready to go.
