Chinese Art Deco main carpet, circa 1930
This wonderful Art Deco carpet was made in China, circa 1930, It was custom made in Tientsin for a family home in Australia. The rugs made of 100% fine wool pile on a cotton foundation. Fair condition for its age, slight bold patches in a few areas in the filed but no holes or threat bear areas, some of the side bindings need to be redone. Overall it is in good condition considering its age.
Size; 425 cm x 425 cm or 14 ft x 14 ft.
