Excellent Turkman Khorjin- Full pile throughout. Mostly natural dyes, but i suspect some of the highlight colors might be synthetic. Not necessarily a bad thing considering the age of the piece. Shows a bit of experimentation on the behalf of the dyer and weaver. There has been two slight tweeks to the warp in the piled mid section. Maybe it was poked at some time? Tough to say, but doesn't detract from the overall piece which is otherwise perfect. This was on display in my home for years but has spent the last 14 years in careful storage. Ready for you!
