Antique Sarouk Persian Rug 8’8” x 11’9” # 7989 This circa 1920 Sarouk measures 8’8” x 11’9”. It has an overall floral design which is very nicely drawn on a very happy ruby red ground encompassed with a major border with a rolling floral motif. There are two sets of reciprocal borders with a smaller meandering floral motif on a light yellow ground. The larger reciprocal border is a floral motif on an ivory ground. The rug has full pile. It is in excellent condition. The ends and sides are complete. It is clean and ready to go.
