Antique Sarouk Persian Rug 8’8” x 11’9” # 7989
This circa 1920 Sarouk measures 8’8” x 11’9”. It has an overall floral design which is very nicely drawn on a very happy ruby red ground encompassed with a major border with a rolling floral motif. There are two sets of reciprocal borders with a smaller meandering floral motif on a light yellow ground. The larger reciprocal border is a floral motif on an ivory ground. The rug has full pile. It is in excellent condition. The ends and sides are complete. It is clean and ready to go. The buyer pays the shipping which includes insurance of $150.00.
