The black knots are oxidized. The knots, the warp and the weft threads are mixed with hand spun lamb wool and goat hair. One edge is woven with a tiny kilim, the three center medallions and the four corners are indigo, the background color is terracotta, the surrounded large border is ivory, geometric design decorated with animals, the left side of the center medallion the pile is uniformly short comparing with the rest part, thick pile in good condition, soft as an handkerchief and in its original shape.
