Here is a stunning and very rare Tekke main carpet from the early 19th century or before. Great wool and colours as you would expect, lovely open top and bottom borders and diversely decorated side borders. Traces of red kilim finish to each end. Good condition for the age; a few small, old repairs but a very useable, sturdy condition. Size 226 x 197 cm
