Antique Ghiordes Rug 3’7” x 4’6 #7892 This very antique 17th-18th century Ghiordes (Ghordez) rug measures 3’7” x 4’6”. The image says it all! In my opinion the rug is around 350 years old. The top navy border is gone. The bottom of the rug is essentially there. It is missing two rows of knots. There is no corner solution. The rug has been backed. Sewn on, not glued. This is an important rug.
