who doesn’t love a green rug ? This beautiful antique south persian Kashkuli tribal rug from the late 19 c has a dark emerald/ bottle green field colour with an alover boteh design. Finely woven has original long kelim finish folded behind at one end. Condition is good, feels like velvet, hand washed slightly low at top end see last pic but really very good for a 120 year old + piece and these never had thick pile. Size is 7 ft 4 x 4 ft 6 inches.
