This circa 1920 Art Deco Chinese #7931
rug measures 8’2” x 9’6”. It has a deep indigo field containing floral sprays in each quarter and one in each quadrant of the field. There are four butterflies winging towards the center of the rug which contains two beautiful flowering trees coming up from a rockery all encompassed by a major border containing a flower urn at each of the four corners on a small table with four birds flying around. There is a nicely drawn motif of flowers at the center of each border. It is full pile. The ends and sides are complete. It is clean and ready to go. The buyer pays the shipping which includes insurance of $125.00.
