a very rare Palepai ceremonial ship cloth with bands of ship forming tree of life motif, and ancestor believe as guardians at journey of life, pasisir people Lampung region southern Sumatra Indonesia, 18 - 19th century. Very good collection for museum or private collection, also very good for any one who interested into writing a book about Lampung culture and ceremonial cloth.
