Antique Kerman Rug 1’4” x 1’9” #8094
This circa 1880 Kerman rug measures 1’4” x 1’9”. It has a large medallion in red, coral and ivory with a blue border around it on an ivory ground. The corners are done in dark red, blue, coral and blue green. The major border is a vine and flower motif on an ivory ground encompassed by a reciprocal border of rolling ribbon motif in two colors of red on an ivory ground. The rug is essentially full pile. The ends and sides are complete. It is clean and ready to go. The buyer pays the shipping which includes insurance of $25.00.
