This late 19th century Ningxia (inv 7118) measures 4’4’ x 7’0”. It has a navy blue ground with five dragons in yellow gold. There are cloud motifs in red and gold encompassed with a wave design border. It has a sacred mountain motif in the four cardinal directions. The rug shows wear as shown.
