Ningxia mat with an outer main border that uses the 3d ‘t’ design and an inner border of pearls, and a single central swastika inside what may be a stylised 'double dorje' mandala. No repairs but wear from use as shown. Made during the late Qing Dynasty, circa 1900, with a wool warp and weft, it is almost certainly a piece from a much longer runner. Size 66 x 60 (approx. 26 x 23.5in).
