This late 19th century Yomud (Yomut) Asmalyk #8020 measures 1’2” x 3’6”. It has 6 ½ rows of trellis on a brown ground very reminiscent of Chodor. The border on three sides is a bird motif on an ivory ground. The five outer borders that surround the rug have three different motifs which i find interesting. The two minor borders have a latch hook design on a red ground. The rug is full pile with no visible damage. It is clean and ready to go.
