An antique Tibetan mat, 1880-1900 Classic for this type with central floral roundel flamed by key-pattern spandrel. In Buddhist motif and lotus flowerhead border between pearl-seed and plain stripes. This mat has slight wear to the top pile in few places, otherwise good pile. Typical meditation piece used by monks to sit in temple. Ends and selvages secured.
