Naturally dyed Tibetan checkered khaden with small (approximately +/- 2cm x 2cm) blue and white squares; the blue of which is abrashed throughout. Hand-spun wool warp and weft, made circa 1900 and size is 153cm x 81cm (approximately 60.25in x 32in). Some slight pile wear and could use a professional wash, after which it would really sparkle! In good to very good condition, especially for its age. Has been in the one collectors hands since being purchased in Kathmandu, Nepal, circa 1970.
