Antique Turkish Milas prayer rug of classic design with superb soft wool and good colour.

Size: 5ft 8in x 3ft 11in (173 x 120cm).
The rug has very soft wool and a very floppy handle. The rug is beautifully drawn with superb pastel colours through out. The border design is the sought after 'star and rosette'. a beautifully balanced rug with glowing colours.
The rug is in good condition with even wear and medium pile, there are a few old repairs that have been carried out at some time in the life of the rug.
The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display. The rug is suitable for light domestic use. but would make a superb wall hanging.
