Ersari Broad cloth Applique Asmalyk, 4th quarter of the 19th Century. Wool felt applique. Wonderful graphic. Saturated green, deep indigo, red, brown and cotton gauze highlights in yellow. It is backed with a wonderful Russian block print in a deep red. In very good condition but for a couple of very small moth nibbles which do not affect the visual of the piece. 70 x 106 cm
