Old fine and beautiful caucasian (Kazak?) rug with Akstafa medallions (230 cm. x 172 cm.) Several colors difficult to see on pictures, including some brown and a purple resulting from an overdyed brow with blue. Masterfully woven with fine ivory warps and shots or red wool wefts.
