Beautiful antique chanteh bag from the Ghashghai nomads in the south of Persia (Fars Province). Front knotted with tribal patterns. Back woven as a kilim (also typical Ghashghai pattern). The orange appears to be synthetic. Dimensions approx. 33x31cm without tassels ~ 1920/30 a small, fine bag with charm.
