e. Anatolian rug, 6'4" x 4'6", late 19th c. richly colored with a beautiful red abrash, aubergine, sea green, and peach border. Unlike many others of this type, the composition and colors are well balanced, and the shape is nicely rectangular. Slight wear in the lower center field but otherwise in excellent condition.
