Early large Kurdish, “Sauj Bulagh” rug. Exceptional example of this design group. First rate saturated natural colors featuring lovely purples, greens, pinks, yellows and multiple reds. Original browns heavily oxidized and large areas of the ground repiled in orange. i see one good size tear in field. Selvages rewrapped. Out of my cedar chest. Reasonably clean.
