Early Turkish Makri prayer rug with the strong archaic drawing i find attractive. Beautiful natural colors featuring lots of yellow and honey gold highlights. Typical coarse weave with overall even low pile. Remnant kelim ends and original selvages. Reasonably clean. One of my favorites. Mid 19th c. 37” x 54”
