The knots, the warp and the weft threads are hand spun wool. The background color is warm rust, the center five square medallions are blue with soft yellow, the surrounded large border is ivory, in perfect condition, the black knots oxidized, the two edges are woven with 8cm kilim, the selvages are woven on two lines, soft as an handkerchief and in its original shape.
