This circa 1925 Art Deco Chinese handmade wool Oriental Rug #8153 measures 8’7 x 11’6”. It has a beautiful royal blue ground with designs in the four corners. Every one of them is different. Image a picture. The frame of which is a swirling tobacco and gold border with 4 different interior corners going in towards the center. The top left corner has a single flower in green with dark pink petals. Next to it in the top right corner is a gigantic rendition of lily pads growing out of a lake in purple, blue, yellow, pink gold and green. Very cool. At the bottom right corner is a three legged stool sprouting a beautiful bouquet of flowers with chrysanthemums in green, orange, lavender and rose. In the bottom left corner is a bunch of flowers from a single planted trunk and they are all different in several shades of blue, green, lilac, pink and more. This rug is in beautiful mint condition. The rug is full pile. The ends and sides are complete. It is clean and ready to go.
