Adras, the mixed weave of silk and cotton with moiré effect, trimmings in tambour embroidery, and a few minor stains to the lower part, otherwise in excellent condition. a similar chapan can be seen in a photograph of Paul Pelliot, a famous French linguist, archaeologist, and traveller during his stay in Tashkent (July 1906).
