Small Chinese rug—57 in x 31 in (145 cm x 78 cm). Probably early 20th c. Attractive rug with nice soft colors and great condition. Relatively thin rug, originally with short pile, now with very slight wear. Good pile everywhere, except for a small area of moth nibbling in upper right border near corner (last image). Border with bats and other auspicious symbols. Slight losses at both ends. Both ends with simple overcast stitch to stop further loss.
