Ex James Douglas personal collection. Mr. Douglas was a scholar and aficionado of Mideast tribal weaving. His research and publications focused on antique textiles of Persia, Afghanistan, and Baluchistan.
CONDITION: Aside from iron dye oxidation there is obvious use-wear and attrition mostly around the periphery as shown.
