Marasali Prayer rug, 19th c., 3’7” x 4’7”; excellent array of naturally dyed colors on a deep blue/black field. areas of wear, and 1 small area of re-knotting. Diagonally aligned rows of botehs with an interesting “cock’s comb” outer design surrounding the botehs. Colors don't show well in these photos.
