Amritsar Indian, knotted circa 1910 antique, 245 x 340 cm, id: P-6020
From 16th century Mohgul design, vegetable dyes, the knots are hand spun wool, ivory background designed with animals, the surrounded large border with Islamic inscriptions, fuchsia medallion, the selvages are woven on two lines, the edges are finished with 2cm kilim, minor places at the center are slightly used, high standard quality, in its original shape, in good condition.
